`Olelo mua

Seat four of the wa`a (canoe) is the second “powerhouse” seat. It follows the rhythm of seat two, is the most visible, and grows with the community. Seats three and four share the synchronization of policy efforts to administrative and governing authorities, strategic planning, and relationship building with entities outside the main kino (body) of the canoe. Unique to the Papa Ola Lökahi wa`a, all seats support the Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems.
