The 2026 ʻImi Pono Hawaiʻi Wellbeing Survey invites Hawaiʻi residents and Native Hawaiians on the continent (ages 18+) to share their perspectives on wellbeing.

The 2026 ʻImi Pono Hawaiʻi Wellbeing Survey is open!

Kamehameha Schools, Liliʻuokalani Trust, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Papa Ola Lōkahi, and The Queen’s Health Systems invite you to take part in the 2026 ʻImi Pono Hawaiʻi Wellbeing Survey. Together, our organizations are working to better understand how people experience wellbeing today and how we can more effectively support our communities. Wellbeing looks different for everyone. This survey gives you space to share how it shows up in your life, your ʻohana, and your community.

Survey details:

  • Takes about 20 minutes.
  • Open to all Hawaiʻi residents and Native Hawaiians living on the continent, including Alaska (ages 18+).
  • Receive a $20 local gift card (for Hawaiʻi residents) or a small mailed gift (for continental U.S. residents), while supplies last.
